Unfortunately this hasn't helped, the only upgrade that seems to be available in the App Store is High Sierra which is only compatible with version 10.8 or later (i've currently got version 10.7.5). You'll find the App Store in the Apple menu, the Dock or in Applcations. Now i've just got to work out how! Download it from the App Store. Thank you, it's good to know that's it's possible to update / upgrade it. Can anything be done about this or am I stuck with a MacBook that is becoming less and less usable? So it seems that the reason i can’t get on some websites is due to the fact that my OS and / or browser are out of date, in fact so out of date that I can’t even upgrade my OS.
